The Department of Guest Services of The American Hospital is responsible for fulfilling the daily needs and demands of our guests that may occur in our Hospital, except for medical issues from the hospitalization process to the exit process.
One of the main objectives of the establishment of our department is to make turkish guests feel to our patients and to provide them with a calming experience in the comfort of a 5-star hotel.
In addition, it is among the responsibilities of the Guest Services Department to be accessible from the mobile phone when needed outside of working hours and to ensure that the request is fulfilled in the fastest way by contacting the relevant departments.
The main duties and responsibilities of our Guest Services Department are as follows:
• To determine the list of patients to visit in coordination with the relevant departments and to carry out daily visits,
• To follow the requests requested by the patient and to inform the relevant departments
• To contribute to the privileged feeling of inpatiential patients and to be accessible when they are needed,
• Planning activities to improve guest satisfaction,
• Introducing hospital services, (Outlet, Hairdresser, Code Lotus, Massage, Dry Cleaning, etc.),
• To follow the demand and need process from the entrance of the guest to the time of discharge and to meet the demands,
• To organize control appointments in accordance with the patient request with the knowledge of doctors and nurses after discharge,
• To ensure coordination in line with the requests received during the patient exit process.
